How do I activate Office 2016?

Go to the account section on our website. With the cursor over Profile (without clicking), a drop-down menu will open. Select Product Keys.

There you will find the product key you need to activate Office 2016.

There are 2 methods to activate Office: Online and by Phone.

Online Activation

1. In the search box located in the bottom left corner of the desktop, type the name of an Office application, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint (in this article, we will use Word as a reference, but the process is the same regardless of the application used). Click on Word.

2. Once opened, the system will ask you to enter the product key.

3. Enter the product key and click on Activate Office.

4. Check that it has been activated by clicking on Blank Document, located in the top left corner.

5. Then, click on File.

6. Click on Account.

7. Finally, you can verify that the product is activated.

Phone Activation

1. In the search box located in the bottom left corner of the desktop, type the name of an Office application, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint (in this article, we will use Word as a reference, but the process is the same regardless of the application used). Click on Word.

2. Once opened, the system will ask you to enter the product key.

3. Enter the product key and click on Activate Office.

4. In the box, choose the option I want to activate the software by telephone and click on Next.

5. Select the country where you live, call the toll-free number that appears, and follow the instructions from the phone activation centre.

6. Once you have received the confirmation ID, click on Next.

7. Finally, you have activated your Office 2016 product.
