1. Products and services (digital content)

   We supply Microsoft software licences (keys) and, where applicable, download links. The software is governed by Microsoft’s own EULA, not by a licence from us. We are an independent reseller, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft. If you request immediate supply, you acknowledge you lose the cooling-off right when the key/link is delivered.

2. Age and location

   You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property and licences

   Microsoft, Windows and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. You must use the software under its EULA (edition, device limits, region, home/business use, etc.). Misuse or rights infringement is prohibited.

4. User conduct

   Fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or attempts to circumvent technical restrictions are prohibited. We may refuse or cancel orders on reasonable suspicion of breach.

5. Payments

   We accept cards, bank transfer, Mercado Pago and cryptocurrencies (where available). Payments are processed by third parties under their own terms. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.

6. Limitation of liability

   We provide services with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect/consequential losses and cap total liability for a paid item at the amount you paid.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in other countries.

8. Changes

   We may update these Terms on the site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

9. Disputes and claims

   We will try to resolve issues amicably. If we cannot, you may bring a claim before the courts stated in the Governing Law clause.
