How to solve the error code 30145-4: Office 2013 installation failed

There are several steps you can take to try and resolve the error code 30145-4 when installing Office 2013:

  1. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that there are no issues with your network.
  2. Disable antivirus software: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with the installation process. Try disabling your antivirus software temporarily and then attempt to install Office 2013 again.
  3. Clear the temporary files: Clearing the temporary files on your computer can help resolve installation issues. To do this, go to the Start menu and type %temp% in the search bar. This will open the temporary files folder. Delete all the files in this folder.
  4. Run the Office repair tool: Microsoft provides a repair tool that can help fix installation issues. Go to the Control Panel and select Programs and Features. Find Microsoft Office 2013 in the list of installed programs, right-click on it, and select Change. Then select Repair and follow the prompts.
